We transitioned to a paperless office several years ago, a move that aligns perfectly with our sustainability goals. While we occasionally print when absolutely necessary, we are deeply mindful of limiting our paper usage. This shift has not only reduced waste but has also encouraged us to innovate in how we communicate and manage our workflows digitally.
Recycling and Composting
Recycling is an integral part of our office culture. We have dedicated bins for paper, cardboard, and mixed recycling, making it easy for everyone to contribute to waste reduction. Additionally, our kitchen compost bin ensures that organic waste is put to good use. Kevin’s garden thrives on the compost we collect, demonstrating the full-circle impact of small yet meaningful actions.
Eliminating Single-Use Plastics
As part of our sustainability journey, we have eliminated the use of plastic disposable cups for drinking water in our office. Instead, we use glasses, significantly reducing single-use plastic waste and promoting a more environmentally friendly workplace culture.
Sustainable Deliveries
Our commitment to reusing materials extends to our shipping practices. All our deliveries are sent out in pre-used boxes sourced from our ‘cardboard city’ store. By giving these boxes a second life, we reduce waste and minimise the environmental impact of our logistics.
