Important Notice for Canva Users

If you’re using a logo created in Canva, please be aware that it may not be suitable for professional printing. While your design may look great on screen, it doesn’t always translate well to print. Canva is primarily designed for digital content—such as web and social media graphics—and has limitations when it comes to print quality. Common issues include font rendering and colour accuracy. Additionally, Canva uses RGB colour mode, which is optimised for screens, whereas professional printing requires CMYK colour mode.

For the best results, any artwork from Canva should be created using a Canva Pro account. We may request that you supply the logo in an alternative format, or you share the file with us so we can make any necessary adjustments. Please note that any time spent working on supplied Canva artwork will be chargeable.

Additionally, when converting files between colour formats, colours may shift slightly. This is a known limitation of Canva’s platform, and Web Directions cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in print due to the use of a Canva logo.
